Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guideway Cancellation and Refund Policy 1. Student cancellations Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a 100% refund. Cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time for a 50% refund. Later cancellations are not refundable. The exact rules shown at cancellation are controlled by Guideway's current platform settings. 2. Mentor or Guideway cancellations If a mentor or Guideway cancels a confirmed paid booking before it begins, the student receives a full refund. 3. Refund processing Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank and payment-network processing times may apply. A refund is complete only after Razorpay confirms it as processed. 4. Rescheduling Students and mentors may reschedule to an available slot until the rescheduling cut-off displayed for the booking. Both participants are notified, and the existing Google Calendar event is updated. Rescheduling does not change the session price or payment method. 5.
